Sintering NdFeB hole Properties and features of NdFeB magnets::
- chemical composition of Nd2Fe14B
- grade: N30,N33,N35,N38,N40,N42,N45,N48,N50(M,H,SH,UH,EH)
- very high energy product, ranging from 30MGOe to 51MAOe,much more than other kinds of magnets.
- very high coercive force, IHC: 11KOe to 30KOe.
- very brittle and hard, but lighter than other rare earth magnetic material.
- higher resistance to demagnetion than other magnets.
- wonderful performance at at normal temperature, maximum working temperature 200oC
- Necessary surface treatment such as coating, plating is needed, because it's easily oxidized. Coating option: Ni, Zn, Eploxy, Cu, silver, gold, etc.
- Application: generators, DC motors, servo motors, air conditioners, medical equipment, VCM, mobile phones, speakers and magnetic holding and seperation systems etc.

Now we are equipped with high vacuum smelters, sintering stoves and advanced gas-flow mills with no oxygen processing, wire-electrode cutting & slicing and grinding machines and electroplating technology, as well as all kinds of tester.
